Panettone Moulds direct from Italy. Designed to be a freestanding baking mould with perforations for allowing the steam to escape while baking. They also have a unique corrugated bottom to ensure the customer can take the bread out of the mould and enjoy. Will suit loafs from 700-1000 grams (recipe dependant)
All moulds are compostable and made from sustainable forestry. Moulds are heat resistant to 200⁰C and non-deformable.
